Isabelle Shively

Isabelle Shively first joined JRS as an intern in 2014 and returned to the organisation in 2017 as the Communications Assistant. She currently works as the Internal Communications Officer.

Originally from a small town outside of Seattle, Isabelle has lived in India, Italy, and Vietnam. She now calls Chicago home.

She has a BA in International Studies from Loyola University Chicago and a PgDip in Human Rights & Forced Displacement from the UN University for Peace. At the moment, she is pursuing an MS in International Public Service as a Frédéric Ozanam Scholar at DePaul University.

Isabelle enjoys tea, being outdoors, and the colour yellow. She is in constant pursuit of a more just and compassionate world.
